2016/2017 Kick-Off Meeting & Brewery Tour
Examples in Fracture Analysis Using SEM
Anthony J. D'Antuono, Sr. Metallurgical Engineer
(Metallurgical Associates, Inc.)

Join us to kick-off the Milwaukee Chapter 2016/2017 year of events. We are delighted to start this year's activities at Waukesha’s newest (and award winning) craft brewery, Raised Grain Brewing Company, located near Goerke's Corner. Come for an in-depth tour given by one of Raised Grain's founders. There will be ample opportunity to try some of the many craft brews available for those 21 and over. The tour will be followed by a catered dinner in the Brewery.

Following the dinner will be a presentation by Anthony J. D'Antuono, Senior Metallurgical Engineer at Metallurgical Associates, Inc. entitled, "Examples in Fracture Analysis Using a Scanning Electron Microscope (SEM)." Tony has a degree in Physics and Chemistry Education from UW-Eau Claire as well as a degree in Materials Engineering from UW-Milwaukee. Prior to his career at Metallurgical Associates, Tony has also worked in the chemistry lab at MetalTek International and has taught Physics and Chemistry at Muskego High School. Tony, his wife Sarah and their one-month old son, Vincent, live in Waukesha. Tony spends his time home remodeling, cooking, and enjoys spending time with his family.
