Join us on THURSDAY, September 12 to kick-off the Milwaukee Chapter 2019/2020 season! We are excited to start this year's activities at Raised Grain Brewing Company where a wide variety of craft brews will be available for tasting by those 21 and over in attendance.

Craig Brown is the Principal Metallurgical Engineer at Element New Berlin and the technical leader for the Metallurgical Failure Analysis department. He has a Master of Science in Analytical Chemistry and a Master of Philosophy in Metallurgy. He has been conducting metallurgical evaluations at Element for 24 years, and has conducted over 4,000 projects. He spent the first 15 years of his career in the foundry industry as quality assurance manager and metallurgist at both steel and aluminum foundries. Since joining the laboratory, Craig has provided service to foundry, automotive, paper processing, transportation, mining, power generation, consumer products, and food processing industries. He has experience with a variety of alloys, including steel, stainless steel, aluminum, and copper alloys.
